In Victories and Sacrifices the Clone Wars is starting to affect people on not just a political level but a personal one as well. Anakin Skywalker is shocked to learn that Separatist armies are mounting a genocidal attack of Padmé Amidala’s homeworld Naboo. As Anakin soon realizes the threat of biological weapons is just one of many problems the Republic has their hands full with, including Dark Jedi and unstoppable bounty hunters. In the time of war heroic action must be taken, desperate deeds must be made, uneasy alliances must be pursued and sacrifices must happen. The Clone Wars will teach the Republic that victory, however big or small, ultimately comes at a price.
