Beginning with the battle of Naboo (as seen in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace), the Clone Wars were a dark time in the galaxy, as the armies of Republic clone troopers led by the Jedi faced off against the Separatists' battle droids. In When They Were Brothers, Anakin Skywalker takes time out from the wars to visit his love, Queen Amidala... while his mentor Qui-Gon Jinn risks a dangerous obsession to find dark Jedi Asajj Ventress!

Bridging the gap between
Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, this storyline is exclusive to graphic novels. This is a must read for all serious Star Wars fans!

While Anakin Skywalker enjoys a brief respite from the Clone Wars (and a reunion with his secret wife Padme Amidala), Obi-Wan Kenobi embarks on a “personal” mission to verify a rumour that the dark Jedi, Asajj Ventress, is still alive.

Obi-Wan is becoming obsessed, and he knows it. But the danger of flirting with the dark side is a risk he's willing take to save the person about whom he cares most in the galaxy.
