This is an online contest. Only online entries will be accepted. One (1) winner will be picked in a random draw on the closing date as listed on the ezine. The random draw will take place in Titan Books office. The selected winner will receive (1) prize. The prizewinner will be contacted by phone and e-mail (if applicable).
In order to enter the draw, each contestant must successfully forward the Titan Books E-Zine to a legitimate friend. Each forwarded E-zine will count as a one entry into the prize draw. There is no limit on the amount of entries per person but each forwarded E-zine must be sent to a legitimate friend. No purchase is necessary. Each entry must include full name and e-mail address. Entries that do not contain full contact information will be deemed invalid. The chance of winning the contest draw is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the deadline.
To enter and be eligible to win, you must not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with an employee of any division of Titan Books, Titan Entertainment Group or their affiliates and agencies.
Titan Books is not responsible for any failure of the website during the promotion. Nor is it responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or any e-mail, online or internet entry lost on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. The Promoter is not liable for any travel costs, spending money, insurance or any other costs associated with a Prize unless otherwise stated.
By participating in the Titan Books E-Zine Send to A Friend contest, entrants accept and agree to a) these Official Contest Rules and the decisions regarding any aspect of the contest, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and b) release, discharge and hold harmless all contest management and its sponsors, including Titan Entertainment Group and their respective program sponsors, participating members, their respective member financial institutions, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, including their promotional agencies and the independent contest-judging organization, from any liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation in the contest and the acceptance or use, misuse or possession of any prize.
